I am a bit overwhelmed by the new addition to my family. No, the sleeping angel pictured above is not what overwhelms me. It is my new camera. The bundle of love in the picture is my nephew, Jon Greer. I am sure you will get to know him lots and lots over time.
Back to the camera report…Truthfully, I have not had a TRUE piece of majesty in my hands in years. Long ago in a land far away….okay, okay….I was here. In Louisiana. In West Monroe, but regardless I did photography. So, I said that to say I am not a newbie to the world of photography, but in a way I AM a total newbie. I shot when everyone used film. I know, I know, but it wasn’t THAT long ago. The digital world is all new to me. a majestic sea of technology ~ a plethora of lots and lots to learn. I can hardly wait.
