Whitney Rebecca has been a part of my life since ….well, forever.  Her mom, Tiffany, (I call her T) is my lifelong best friend.  Whitney is the absolute mirror image of her mom at 18 (with a sprinkling of freckles).  Sweet, sweet, sweet…..I’m not sure  where that came from Phil?  I took the first portraits of Whitney’s life, so I feel so honored to capture this milestone for her as well.  Whit, baby girl, I love you more than you will ever know.  There is no doubt in my mind, you will succeed in everything you choose.

Breanne is one of the most beautiful, sweet and demure people I have ever known. She has NO idea how breathtakingly gorgeous she is, which to me makes her even prettier. She laughed at me SO much during this shoot….I’m really NOT that funny! Her mom, Angie, and I have been friends for a long time, and I think the banter she and I had going most of the evening is what kept Bre laughing. Angie is soft-spoken and I am…well….NOT. You get the idea! Bre, I hope your future brings all of your dreams true. You are a breath of fresh air, and I love you! Angie, my sweet friend, thank you for being you AND for getting me addicted to McDonald’s Mocha Frappes….

Garrett is a doll!  Even though it was one of THE hottest days of the Summer, we had a great time! Garrett is a natural in front of the camera!  Garrett, I wish you ALL of the best things your future holds.  You are going to have a fabulous Senior year!  Here are a few of my favorites.

I have known Katey’s family for years, and they are as we say in the South…”good people”.    I must tell you Katelann is quite possibly the most wise and determined teenager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.  I have read EVERY update on Facebook of Katelann’s and they are profound.  I casually asked Katelann of her plans after graduation, and with such assuredness, she told me she IS going to become a Pediatrician.  It’s mapped out.  Without any hesitation she laid out her steps to be taken.  I have often wished I had such wisdom at such a young age.  Katelann, sweet girl….you impress me.  I wish you the absolute best of luck in your endeavors, but for some reason, I don’t think you will need it.    Oh, and in case you had ANY doubt, you are G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S.

This past weekend was perfect in West Monroe, Louisiana. It was filled with sunshine, breezes, Hannah and her BFF Sara. Hannah is graduating this year from Mount Saint Mary Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. Hannah is fabulous. She has the most beautiful smile, and the keenest sense of humor. AND, she is one of the most intelligent teenagers I have ever known.  She MAY even be smarter than I at that age!  :)  Hannah will be headed to Ole Miss for college! Hang on Mississippi…a Louisiana chick (Hannah you will ALWAYS be a Louisiana chick) is headed your way!  Best of luck, Hannah!  I love you!  Here a few of my favorites.  Enjoy!
